Spa Policies

Footwear:
We ask that you take off your outdoor footwear and put on the slippers provided at the entrance to the spa. If you feel more comfortable you can bring your own clean slippers to wear at the spa.

Clothing:
Depending on the treatment that you will be receiving you may be asked to take off some or all of your clothing. We will provide spa robes if this is necessary.

Cell Phones and Pagers:
Divine Body Spa is a place of quiet and gentle comfort. A place where you can set aside all the noise and rush of the world outside. To that end, please turn off cell phones and pagers for the duration of your visit.

Booking Appointments:
Appointments can be booked in person or on the phone.

Cancellations or Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please call the Spa a minimum of 24 hours prior to the appointment. Divine Body Spa reserves the right to charge a fee for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. The maximimum charge will be fifty percent of the treatment cost. If you do not show up for an appointment without contacting the Spa the full treatment fee will be applied. The friendly staff at Divine Body Spa will contact you a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Arriving Late:
Please understand if you are late for an appointment your treatment may be shortened accordingly, so as not to inconvenient other guests. If the delay is lengthy, it may be physically impossible to complete the requested treatment. If this occurs, you will be asked to reschedule and will be charged fifty percent of the treatment cost.

Small Children:
We ask that you do not bring small children or babies to your appointment. Most of our services do not allow you the time to take proper care of them and we do not have the facilities to accommodate them.

Payment:
Payment can be made by cash, debit, or credit card (Mastercard and Visa). Please note, we do not accept cheques. GST and gratuities are not included in the pricing of our services or products. Gratuities is at the discretion of the client.

Communication:
It is important to keep the lines of communication open between you and your technician. If a treatment is uncomfortable or painful, please let us know. We will keep records of all your visits, and treatments settings are customized to you, so it is essential we know how you feel at all times.

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are only redeemable for services and cannot be redeemed for cash.
